THE PASTOR IN CRISIS

Being in full-time ministry has over time resulted in more stress and challenges due to a variety of factors. Because pastors have not always received the necessary equipment in their training, especially in certain important areas that are particularly related to emotions, this leads to an increasing number of people resigning from ministry prematurely. This often also leads to a crisis of faith and doubt about whether I initially interpreted God’s voice correctly regarding my calling. In this course, many aspects related to these issues are addressed. The various themes that come under discussion are applicable to every pastor in fulltime ministry, but at the same time also applicable to all those who are busy with training and are at the beginning of their career.
