Anger as a destructive force – Pastoral perspectives

We have all struggled with the problem of anger at some point. In general, it is also considered a predominantly negative emotion, and many Christians consequently simply put an emotional lid on it – depression is then very often one of the common consequences. However, this course also focuses on the positive potential of this emotion if it is handled correctly. From a multidisciplinary approach, this emotion is also focused on from different disciplines, and particular emphasis is also placed on the liberating and healing role of pastoral counseling and prayer. In this connection, the counselor’s personal story is of decisive importance.
